The workshop: the tools Nutrimedia builds and uses.

Nutrimedia builds its own editorial and commercial tools, then uses them every day. Five sheets: the starting problem, what was built, and what was measured when a figure exists.

The videos show recreated interfaces with illustrative data.

Sheet 01 · Content Autopilot

This week's priorities

The problem

An editorial tool quickly produces a long queue of recommendations. Sorted by impact, it does not say what to do this week, and it reshuffles after every action.

What was built

Every Monday, Autopilot keeps at most three items in three columns: to write, to optimise, to publish. The list is frozen until the following Monday. What is done stays on screen, ticked.

Sheet 02 · Content Autopilot

Launches

The problem

A published article can stay invisible for weeks without anyone noticing: not indexed, not shown, not cited.

What was built

Every article under 30 days old is tracked separately. A first impression in Google proves indexing. With no impression after 7 days, the tool raises an alert. Going live remains a human decision: the tool prepares a draft, publication happens after review.

What was measured

Across Autopilot as a whole: +18% Google impressions over 90 days compared, and citability by generative AI up from 6% to 13%, measured on 16 buyer questions.

Sheet 03 · Blueprint

The Blueprint diagnostic

The problem

Before a first conversation, a team rarely has a settled view of its positioning: where the gaps are, and where to start.

What was built

A guided journey of about eight minutes: four framing questions, a guided conversation, then scenarios at 18-24 months. The summary is generated at the end and sent by e-mail: a diagnostic across five dimensions, the positioning gaps and a three-axis roadmap, in a 10 to 12 page document.

Sheet 04 · CRM

The sales pipeline

The problem

Sales leads get lost between an inbox, a spreadsheet and memory. Follow-ups go out too late, or twice.

What was built

An in-house CRM: every lead tracked by status, three-step follow-up sequences (day 0, day 4, day 10), a cap of five automated sends per day and data retention limited to three years.

Sheet 05 · Search Console

Google visibility

The problem

Search Console data lives in a separate interface. Matching it to a specific piece of content takes exports and time.

What was built

A read-only connector, queried from the working assistant: queries and impressions page by page, URL inspection, sitemap status. It reads the data and changes nothing.
